As part of the New York City Ballet artist series, an amazing work to see - and now, for eight days (Feb 18 - 26th) you do not need to buy a ticket to the ballet to view it. The glorious art of Santtu Mustonen of Finland, displayed on the second lobby floor of the David Koch Theater. It is an abstract, visual imagery of organic patterns and movement floating above on three towering screens (40 by 15 foot). I found it mesmerizing it its beauty, unlike anything I had ever seen. Terrific for kids also.
