The Center for Italian Modern Art (CIMA) presents the first U.S. Exhibition in over two decades to showcase work by Alberto Savino - Artist of the International Avant Garde and brother of Giorgio de Chirco. Hailed by poet and critic Guillaume Apollinaire as the paragon of a Renaissance man. Savino (1892-1952) was not only an exceptional visual artist and an integral member of the Parisian avant-guarde, but also a gifted pianist, composer, musicologist and writer. Yet despite his brilliance and achievements, Savino is today virtually unknown outside of Italy. There will be 22 paintings of his shown at the exhibition.
