This year 2017 marks the 26th edition of the New York Jewish Film Festival, continuing the partnership between the Jewish Museum and the Film Society of Lincoln Center, bringing the finest narrative and documentary films from around the world that explore the diversity of the Jewish experience. There will be 34 films shown from several countries including; Israel, Bulgaria, Poland, France, Italy, Czech Republic, UK, France. There will be special tribute to actress and cabaret artist Valeska Gert, and a screening of Mel Brook's "The Producers." Photo above of film "Past Life."
