The Jazz Gallery presents two performance of Amir ElSaffer Two River Ensemble on the evening of July 14th. (7:30 and 9:30 PM). Jazz converges with Arabic folk traditions led by Iraqi-American trumpeter, santur player and vocalist Amir ElSaffer. The group other players include; Tareq Abboushi on buzuq, similar to a lute, and Ole Mathisen on saxophone, Carlo De Rosa on bass, and Zafer Tawil on hand percussion.
