The unmistakable whimsical, fun-loving, heart-warming style of the genius of Peter Sis is on full display at the Mary Ryan Gallery in Chelsea. Sis the internationally acclaimed illustrator, author, and film maker, is the first children's book illustrator to win the prestigious MacArthur Fellowship. In 2012, he won the Hans Christian Anderson Award, considered the most prestigious in international children's literature.
